my journey

I first studied Eurhythmics (Rhythmikon Institute Munich), holistic, therapeutic and creative bodywork (Dore-Jacobs-School) and education.

After many years of social work with children, teenagers, refugee and homeless families, as well as teaching Eurhythmics, bodywork and creative dance to children and adults, I felt the deep desire to offer healing work. I trained in Systemic Family Therapy and for several years I studied Imagery Therapy and working with symbols with Phyllis Krystal.

Energetic bodywork came into my life and my therapeutic practice through Shiatsu. Together  with my husband I took my first classes at the European Shiatsu Institute in Munich in 2007 and after some years, we graduated at the Italian branch of the school. Many advanced courses followed, the most important ones being Shiatsu and Fascia Release I, II and III (Gabriella Poli), Advanced Quantum Shiatsu I and II (Gabriella Poli), Conversation with the joints (David Bradfield), Creative Shiatsu for cancer patients (Pamela Ferguson) and The extraordinary meridians and the energetic field (Nicola Ley).

In 2022, I came across Eden Energy Medicine, and in 2023-2024 I completed the one year Fundamentals Training with Simone Salewski in England.

I have met wonderful teachers and colleagues and made many friends on my way. Huge thanks to all who made my professional trainings so joyful and precious for my own inner path and personal growth.

In the beginning of 2024, my husband Hans and I moved from Munich to Tromsø - a big leap into a new adventure and a new chapter in our lives. I am looking forward to continue my work here and to be of support to whoever feels called to come into my practice.
